"Love doesn't make the world go 'round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile".-Franklin P. Jones

I will admit, I love Valentine's Day. I love all things pink and red. I enjoy chocolates, candies, roses, love ballets, poems, champagne, jewerly, tear inducded love movies and long romantic dinners. I am a hopeless romantic.
Now, I know that there are many Valentine's Day haters out there, I get it. Who wants to be told that they have to express thier love romantically on a specific day? Who wants to be reminded that they are indeed still single? But, it's easy in the hustle and bustle of everyday life to get caught up in routine, to not see the little things, to not truly listen, to take time for granted.
This year take Hallmark out of the equation and try using the day to express all kinds of love for the people in your life the way you want to. Be kind to yourself. Smile at the person walking towards you, say thank you to your barista, give the person on the street that change in your pocket. Because let's face it, our world can never have too much love.
